In early 2021, LMP Lawyers acted as the sole counsel for Viet Uc Seafood Group, a leading seafood group in Vietnam, in selling its majority capital in one of its subsidiary manufacturing shrimp feeds to Biomar, a global leader in aquaculture feed.
LMP assisted Viet Uc Seafood Group in drafting and negotiating the definitive agreements that contains complex arrangements on carve-out clauses, earnouts, members’ rights, etc.
Although the transaction was taken place amidst the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, LMP Lawyers successfully supported Viet Uc Seafood Group in completing the transaction.
