The transaction, valued at more than VND 719 billion (USD 28.3 million), was executed on 28 October 2024 by Mr. Vu Minh Tuan, representing ADG, and Manjot Singh Mann, representing of M1. The transaction is expected to conclude in the first quarter of 2025.
