In 2016, LMP has arranged, represented and advised the founding members of Viet Hoa My Co., Ltd (“VHM”) – a leading Vietnamese paper cup and bowl manufacturer in a M&A deal with Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd (“NPI“) – one of the largest companies in the paper industry in Japan. This deal has established Nippon Paper Viet Hoa My Joint Stock Company (“NP VHM“).
From January 2017, NP VHM started manufacturing and supplying paper cups and paper bowls for the Vietnamese market.
In 2019, LMP advised the local shareholders to sell all of their shares to NPI.
LMP has arranged, represented and advised VHM throughout the process from the moment the two parties met until the closing of the M&A deals.
